1. Shipping Policy

– Shipping of your order may take one hour to 2 hours after the restaurant packed your meal depends on items you ordered.

– Delivery Charges: Delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery location. You will be informed of the shipping cost during checkout before completing your order.

– Special Charges: Additional charges may apply for deliveries during peak hours, special events, or areas with limited access. These charges will be disclosed before the order is finalized.

2. Delivery Areas

BPS RING delivers to the areas (BPSGMC AND BPSMV) specified on our website.  We strive to deliver to as many locations as possible, but certain areas may be outside our delivery coverage.

3. Shipping and Delivery Timeframes

– Estimated Shipping and Delivery Time: The estimated time is provided on request; typically one hour to 24 hours depends on items you ordered after your order is confirmed.

– Delivery Delays: While we aim to fulfill all orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as traffic, weather conditions, or restaurant preparation times. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

4. Delivery Process

– Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare and dispatch it for delivery.

– The driver will bring your food to the address provided during checkout.

– If no one is available to accept the delivery at the provided address, the driver may contact you to resolve the issue. In any cases the order may be returned so no refund will be applicable.

5. Delivery Tracking

We provide order tracking to help you monitor the status of your food delivery. You will receive updates on your order’s progress through email or message.

6. Incorrect Address

If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for failed delivery attempts. If the delivery cannot be made due to an incorrect address, we may charge a re-delivery fee or cancel the order and no refund will be applicable.

7. Delivery Issues

If there is any issue with the delivery (e.g., missing items, wrong food, or delayed delivery), please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email or message, which will include the details of your purchase, including the items ordered, the total amount charged, and the location.

9. Delivery Restrictions

– Restricted products: In accordance with government laws, we do not deliver alcohol or tobacco or any other restricted products.
