This Payment Term governs the payment policies for all orders placed through the BPS RING website and services. By placing an order with BPS RING, you agree to these Policies.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
BPS RING accepts the following payment methods:
– Digital Wallets: PhonePe, Google Pay, UPI, QR Code
– Other Payment Methods: Cash Payment at store
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway provider, and we do not store your card information.
2. Payment Authorization
By placing an order, you authorize BPS RING to charge your payment method for the full order amount, including food items, taxes, and delivery fees. Payment will be processed at the time of purchase. All payments should be in name of ‘Ravinder Kumar’.
3. Taxes and Fees
– GST & Other: Applicable taxes will be calculated based on your delivery address and included in the final price.
– Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are charged based on your location and will be added to your total order at checkout. Delivery charges may vary depending on the distance, time of day, and special promotions.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
– Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless there is an issue with the food or delivery.
– Refund Policy: If your order is incorrect, damaged, or if there is an issue with your payment, please contact us within one hour of receiving the delivery. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, offer a refund or replacement. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

BPS RING reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and effective immediately upon publication. By continuing to use our website and services after such changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
